We’re a factory-certified C.H.I. distributor and a premier Amarr installer. We also install Wayne Dalton, Eden Coast (the wind-load specialty line for coastal homes), and Clopay. For openers: LiftMaster (primary), Genie, Chamberlain. Samples ride in the truck for the in-home quote.

Can you install wind-load / impact-rated doors for severe storms?
Yes. Coastal GA faces tornado, straight-line wind, and severe-storm events every season. We spec C.H.I. or Wayne Dalton wind-load-rated doors with reinforced struts and impact-rated panels when your area’s building code requires it. Is there a warranty on the new door and opener?
Yes — layered. Door panels: lifetime structural warranty from C.H.I., Amarr, Wayne Dalton, and Eden Coast. Springs: lifetime parts on our 20,000-cycle matched pair. Opener motor: lifetime on LiftMaster (5 years on Genie/Chamberlain). Labor: 1 year on the install. If a Mo Better-installed part fails inside its warranty, we replace it — parts and labor on us.
